From $800 setup per automation + $125/month per automation.

For: Just you. One automation is often enough to start. Add another only when you want it.

These are starting rates for a typical automation: reminders, intake, extraction, email triage, and similar. A full platform or an unusually complex workflow is scoped in the audit. You approve the quote in writing before we build. Monthly support can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Totals are your firm's rate times the number of automations. The audit confirms which ones are worth building and locks the price.

### Why is there a setup fee and a monthly fee?

Setup is the one-time cost to design, build, integrate, and test each automation. The monthly fee covers hosting, AI usage, monitoring, and changes for the automations you have running. Add one later and both numbers go up by that automation's rate. Drop one and the monthly fee comes down.

### Is the audit really free?

Yes. It's a 45-minute working session, and you keep the ranked list of opportunities whether or not you work with us.
